Wholesale
Wholesale basics:
- Wholesale pricing is 50% of the retail pricing on the shop
- Minimum order amount of $75 ($150 retail)
- Minimum order quantity of 3 per item
- Retail prices should be no lower than the retail prices on my shop (2x the wholesale price).
For ordering, you will be set up with a wholesale customer account on the online shop, and you'll have a wholesale discount code to use to get the 50% off.
Wholesale pricing is not available for any items that are print-on-demand, such as t-shirts, mugs, some prints, and most apparel.
Items available for wholesale include embroidered patches, pin-back buttons, enamel pins, stickers, ID cards, window clings, and magnets. Most 11x17, 4x6, 6x9 prints are available for wholesale.
Retail Packaging
Retail packaging is available for patches, stickers, and pin-back buttons. All enamel pins are on display cards with peg-hole.
Patches and stickers have the option of a clear bag and header/topper card with peg-hole, and buttons have the option of a display card with peg-hole.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the order weight. Smaller wholesale orders under 16 ounces will ship USPS First-Class Package for about $4, with larger/heavier orders over 16 ounces shipping USPS Priority Mail at about $8.
Sales Tax Exemption
I will need you to provide me a PDF resale exemption certificate to verify eligibility for sales tax exemption. Depending on what your state requires, you may be able to use the "Multi-Jurisdiction Form" (MTC Form, which covers a lot of states) or the "Streamlined Sales Tax Form" (SST Form).
A PDF copy of your state sales tax ID certificate or reseller's certificate would also be ideal.
Sample Orders
I am also glad to do a wholesale sample order if you'd like to check out the products in person first.
Product Exchanges
I also do product exchanges, so if something you've ordered isn't the right fit for your shop and your customers you can swap it for other items to find the items that work best for you.
